To turn any statement into a Yes/No question in Lao, simply add the particle 'ບໍ່' (bor) to the end of the sentence.

- Keep the word order identical to the statement: 'ລາວໄປຕະຫຼາດ' becomes 'ລາວໄປຕະຫຼາດບໍ່'
- Use rising intonation at the end of the sentence to signal a question.
