Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Use the '-sa/-se' suffix to express hypothetical conditions, wishes, or 'what if' scenarios in Kazakh.
- Add -sa/-se to the verb stem: 'bar' (go) becomes 'barsa' (if he goes).
- Use vowel harmony: 'kel' (come) becomes 'kelse' (if he comes).
- Add personal endings after the suffix: 'barsa-m' (if I go).
