下一步准备一个平底锅烧开适量的水
不需要太多
水烧开后猪皮朝下把肉放进来
接着转到小火煮10分钟
这样做的原因
是要让猪皮等下比较容易刺穿
好 时间到 我们把肉取出
现在来检查一下
如果猪皮的表面还有毛
我们可以用刀把毛刮掉
