倒入開水,邊倒邊攪拌
把它打散之後放入鹽
加入溫水
稍微攪拌一下之後揉成團
這個麵比較稀,會比較黏手一點
你揉均勻就好了
然後蓋上蓋子,醒麵半個小時
半個小時之後給麵裡頭揉一點油
這個燙麵烙出來的餅很軟
但是放涼之後它會發硬
給裡面打一點油進去的話
它就是即便是放涼了它也不會硬
