Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Use 'ပြီးပြီ' (pyi-pyi) after a verb to signal that an action is finished or completed.
- Attach 'ပြီးပြီ' directly to the main verb: 'စားပြီးပြီ' (finished eating).
- Use it for completed states: 'ရောက်ပြီးပြီ' (have arrived).
- In questions, use 'ပြီးပြီလား' to ask 'Have you done X yet?'
