Dixon went in the house, got the keys,
backed out the Cybertruck.
Mr. Dixon was intoxicated and on drugs.

A lawsuit has been filed over the deadly Cybertruck crash
in Piedmont last November.
Soren Dixon, 19, Jack Nelson, 20,
and Krysta Tsukahara, 19, all died.
While the police report
doesn't include any conclusions
about whether the doors played a part in the aftermath
of the crash,
the Tsukahara family has sued Tesla.
In the lawsuit, they allege
Tesla's design choices created a highly
foreseeable risk that rear seat occupants
who survived a crash would nevertheless remain trapped
