Use 'diye' (দিয়ে) to specify the person you are making or asking to perform an action in a causative sentence.

Use the 'Koriye Neoa' (করিয়ে নেওয়া) pattern instead of just 'Korano'. It sounds less bossy and more like a completed service.
Check if the word before 'diye' is a person. If yes, it's 'by' (causative). If it's an object, it's 'with' (instrumental).
The verb ending must match the Subject (the one giving the order), not the person doing the work.
Always use the professional's title + '-ke diye'. It's the standard way to describe getting things fixed or made.
