Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Adverbs of manner describe how an action happens, usually by adding the suffix '-աբար' to an adjective.
- Add -աբար to adjectives: արագ (fast) becomes արագաբար (quickly).
- Adverbs usually come before the verb they modify.
- Some common adverbs are irregular and don't use the -աբար suffix.

Adverbs of manner provide information about how an action is performed. They answer the question 'How?' (Ինչպե՞ս).
