You cannot combine 'kan' (mutual) and 'eng' (individual) in this way. They describe opposing types of agency.
Use 'kan' for reciprocal actions, not 'tua-eng'. 'Tua-eng' is for actions directed back at the subject.
Adding 'tua' makes it reflexive (to yourself), whereas just 'eng' provides emphasis (by yourself).
