Overview
haber の「接続法半過去形」と、メインとなる動詞の「過去分詞」を組み合わせた複合時制です。日本語には「時制」と「法（Mood）」を動詞の語尾で厳密に区別する仕組みがないため、少し混乱するかもしれません。日本語の「〜していたら」は、条件を表す「〜たら」に「〜していた（過去完了）」が組み合わさった形ですが、スペイン語では haber という助動詞がその役割をすべて担います。接続法半過去である hubiera を使うことで、「これは現実の出来事ではなく、私の心の中の仮定や感情である」という印を文全体に押すイメージです。日本語では「〜だとしたら」と言っても「〜だったとしたら」と言っても、文の構造はあまり変わりませんが、スペイン語では接続法を使うことで、聞き手に対して「これは事実ではない（反実仮想）」という情報を瞬時に伝達できます。また、-ra 形（hubiera）と -se 形（hubiese）の2種類がありますが、現代スペイン語では圧倒的に -ra 形が使われます。まずは hubiera を完璧に使いこなせるようになりましょう。これは、日本語で言うところの「〜したかった」という強い願望や、「〜であったら」という仮定のニュアンスを、過去の時点まで遡って表現するための強力なツールです。haber の活用をマスターしましょう。過去分詞については、-ar 動詞は -ado、-er/-ir 動詞は -ido に変えるだけです。注意すべきは不規則な過去分詞です。これらは日本語の動詞活用のように「暗記」が必要です。abrir→abiertodecir→dichohacer→hechoescribir→escritover→visto
Ella hubiera comido も Ellos hubieran comido も、comido の形は全く同じです。これは学習者にとって非常にありがたいルールですね。- 1反実仮想（もし〜していたら、〜だっただろうに）: 最も重要な用法です。
Si（もし）を伴う条件文で、過去の事実とは逆のことを仮定します。例：Si hubiera tenido tiempo, habría ido al cine.（もし時間があったら、映画に行っていたのに）。ここでは「実際には時間がなかった」という事実が前提にあります。
- 1過去の後悔や願望:
Ojalá（〜であればよかったのに）と共に使います。例：¡Ojalá hubiera estudiado más!（もっと勉強しておけばよかった！）。これは日本語の「〜たらよかったのに」と完全に一致します。
- 1過去の感情・疑念・判断の対象: 主節が過去形（点過去や線過去）で、従属節がさらに前の過去を指す場合です。例：

Si節でのhabríaの誤用: 日本語話者は「もし〜しただろうに」という英語の訳から影響を受け、Siの直後に条件法（habría）を使ってしまうミスをよく犯します。Siの後は必ず接続法です。Si habría idoは間違いで、Si hubiera idoが正解です。
- 1過去分詞の性数一致の勘違い: 日本語には動詞の性数一致がないため、つい名詞や形容詞と同じように
hubieran comidosのように過去分詞を複数形にしてしまうことがあります。何度も言いますが、haberの後の過去分詞は常に単数・男性形（ado/ido）で固定です。

haya + 過去分詞）」と混同するケースです。hayaは「今から見て過去のこと」を指しますが、hubieraは「過去のある時点から見て、それより前のこと」を指します。文脈が過去（ayer,el año pasado）であれば、必ずhubieraを選びましょう。
