Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds

Indonesian verbs do not change based on the person, making them incredibly easy to learn for daily routines.

  • Verbs remain the same regardless of the subject: Saya makan, Dia makan.
  • Use 'tidak' before the verb to make it negative: Saya tidak makan.
  • Add 'apakah' at the start for yes/no questions: Apakah kamu makan?
