Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds

Use -ajak for predictions and -moqchi for intentions to talk about the future in Uzbek.

  • Add -ajak to the verb stem for predictions: Boraman -> Borajakman (I will go).
  • Use -moqchi for personal plans: O'qimoqchiman (I intend to study).
  • Negate by adding 'emas' after the -moqchi form or 'maydi' for -ajak.
