If you finish the book today, you must use the perfective aspect. The future tense with an imperfective verb implies a process, not a completed task.

Wrong: Ja ću čitati knjigu danas.
صحیح: Ja ću pročitati knjigu danas.

Habitual actions ('every week') require the imperfective aspect. Using the perfective here implies he finished the homework once, which contradicts 'every week'.

Wrong: On je uradio domaći svake nedelje.
صحیح: On je radio domaći svake nedelje.

The prefix 'na-' in 'napisati' already encompasses the act of finishing. You don't need to add 'završio' redundantly.

Wrong: Ja sam pisao pismo i završio ga.
صحیح: Ja sam napisao pismo.
