Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Croatian tens are formed by adding the suffix '-deset' to the base number, except for 20, 30, and 40.
- 20 is 'dvadeset', 30 is 'trideset', 40 is 'četrdeset'.
- From 50 to 90, add '-deset' to the base: 'pedeset', 'šezdeset', 'sedamdeset', 'osamdeset', 'devedeset'.
- To combine, just add the unit: 'dvadeset jedan' (21).
