Yes/No Questions with '-kah'

Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds

Add '-kah' to the end of a word to turn a statement into a Yes/No question.

  • Attach '-kah' directly to the word you are questioning: 'Dia lapar?' -> 'Diakah lapar?'
  • Use it for Yes/No questions only: 'Adakah anda faham?' (Do you understand?)
