In negative commands (commands that tell someone *not* to do something), the pronouns return to their usual position *before* the verb, just like in standard sentence structure. The structure becomes Ne + pronoun(s) + verb + pas. For instance, "Don't give it to me" would be Ne me le donne pas.
Here, me stays me and le comes before donne.
