It is better to explicitly state 'ເຫັນດີນຳ' to ensure everyone is on the same page. Younger Lao people often use 'ເຫັນດີ' (without nam) on social media as a quick way to 'like' or support a friend's opinion. Decisions in villages are made by consensus. The phrase 'ເຫັນດີນຳກັນ' (agreeing together) is used to show that the whole community is unified.
