سلام رفیق! آماده‌ای یه قدم بزرگ دیگه برداری و آلمانی‌ت رو حسابی حرفه‌ای کنی؟ تو این فصل قراره بریم سراغ یه مبحث خفن: گنیتیو (Genitiv). شاید اسمش یکم ترسناک به نظر بیاد، ولی خیالت راحت، با هم یاد می‌گیریم چطور ازش استفاده کنی تا آلمانی‌ت دقیق و باکلاس بشه. چی یاد می‌گیری؟ اول از همه، یاد می‌گیری چطوری مالکیت رو نشون بدی. مثلاً «کتابِ ماریا» یا «ماشینِ مکس». دیگه قاطی نمی‌کنی کی باید -s بذاری و کی آپوستروف. بعدش می‌ریم سراغ چهار تا حرف اضافه خیلی مهم: während (در طولِ)، wegen (به خاطرِ)، trotz (با وجودِ) و anstatt (به جایِ). اینا رو که یاد بگیری، می‌تونی خیلی شیک و مجلسی دلیل اتفاقات، زمانشون، یا حتی جایگزین‌ها رو بیان کنی. چرا مهمه؟ با این قواعد، دیگه فقط حرف نمی‌زنی، بلکه دقیق حرف می‌زنی! مثلاً تو یه جلسه کاری یا وقتی می‌خوای یه خبر مهم رو گزارش بدی، دیگه نمی‌گی «به خاطر بارون» (wegen Regen) بلکه می‌گی «به خاطرِ بارندگی شدید» (wegen des starken Regens). این یعنی آلمانی B2 واقعی! می‌تونی بگی «در طولِ تعطیلات» (während der Feiertage) یا «به جایِ قهوه، چای خوردم» (anstatt des Kaffees, habe ich Tee getrunken). خلاصه، آخر این فصل، نه تنها گنیتیو رو قورت دادی، بلکه می‌تونی باهاش مثل یه آلمانی‌زبان حرفه‌ای و دقیق صحبت کنی. آماده‌ای؟ بزن بریم!

Unlike English, where possession is often shown with an apostrophe-s or of, German uses specific articles and noun endings in the Genitive case.
First, let's tackle the Possessive Genitive: Showing Ownership. When a noun is in the Genitive, its article changes: des for masculine and neuter nouns, and der for feminine and plural nouns. Masculine and neuter nouns also typically add an -s or -es ending.
Feminine and plural nouns do not add an ending, only their article changes.
* Der Mann (the man) becomes des Mannes (of the man / the man's).
* Die Frau (the woman) becomes der Frau (of the woman / the woman's).
* Das Kind (the child) becomes des Kindes (of the child / the child's).
* Die Kinder (the children) becomes der Kinder (of the children / the children's).
For Genitive with Proper Names, it's simpler. You usually just add an -s to the name, similar to English: Marias Buch (Maria's book). If the name already ends in an -s, -ß, -x, or -z sound, you add an apostrophe instead: Max' Auto (Max's car).
Avoid using the apostrophe if the name doesn't end in one of those sounds.
