B1 Verb Tenses 14 min read متوسط

حال کامل: تجربیات زندگی (من آن را دیده‌ام)

این گرامر بهت کمک می‌کنه تا از تجربه‌ها یا نتایج یه کاری حرف بزنی که زمان دقیقش «مهم نیست». سه تا مفهوم اصلی داره: «تجربه», «نتیجه» و «تاثیر در حال».

Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds

Use the Present Perfect to talk about things you have done at any point in your life without saying exactly when.

  • Use 'have/has' + the past participle (V3) of the verb. Example: 'I have traveled.'
  • Never use specific time words like 'yesterday' or 'in 2010' with this tense. Example: 'I've seen it.'
  • Use 'ever' for questions and 'never' for negatives to emphasize experience. Example: 'Have you ever flown?'
👤 Subject + ➕ have/has + 🏁 Past Participle (V3)

I have lost my phone، بخش مهمش اینه که تو *الان* گوشیت رو نداری. اگه بگی: I have been to Paris، بخش مهمش اون خاطره‌ایه که *الان* توی ذهنت داری.

2
با Subject (فاعل) شروع کن ( I, You, We, They, He, She, It).
3
فعل کمکی رو اضافه کن: have یا has.
4
واسه I, you, we, they از have استفاده کن.
5
واسه he, she, it از has استفاده کن.
6
Past Participle (همون شکل سوم فعل یا V3) رو اضافه کن.
7
واسه فعل‌های باقاعده، فقط کافیه -ed اضافه کنی (مثل worked, played).
8
واسه فعل‌های بی‌قاعده، راهی جز حفظ کردنشون نداری (مثل seen, eaten, gone).
9
مهم: به هیچ وجه زمان دقیق مثل yesterday یا at 5 PM رو اضافه نکن.
10
| Subject | Auxiliary | Past Participle | Example Sentence |
11
|---------|-----------|-----------------|------------------|
12
| I / You / We / They | have | seen | I have seen it. |
13
| He / She / It | has | eaten | She has eaten. |
14
| I / You / We / They | haven't | finished | We haven't finished. |
15
| He / She / It | hasn't | called | He hasn't called. |
16
استفاده از has با I مثل پوشیدن جوراب با صندله! از نظر فنی ممکنه، ولی بقیه یه جوری نگات می‌کنن. حواست به فعل‌های کمکی‌ت باشه!

کی استفاده کنیم

وقتی می‌خوای مثل یه آدم عشقِ سفر به نظر بیای، از این الگو استفاده کن. جمله I've been to Thailand خیلی باحال‌تر از I went there in 2018 به نظر می‌رسه، چون نشون می‌ده این تجربه بخشی از کسیه که الان هستی. واسه «تجربه‌های زندگی» مثل امتحان کردن سوشی یا چتربازی ازش استفاده کن.
همچنین واسه «کارهای اخیر» که نتیجه‌شون توی حال مشخصه، عالیه. مثلاً I've finished my homework! یعنی الان آزادی که بری ماینکرفت بازی کنی. وقتی یه کاری چندین بار تکرار شده هم ازش استفاده کن: I've watched this show three times. این یه عادت یا یه تجربه تکراری رو نشون می‌ده.
واسه «تغییر در طول زمان» هم عالیه: Your English has improved! یعنی قبلاً ضعیف‌تر بودی ولی الان بهتر شدی. واسه «دستاوردها» یا «کارهای ناتموم» هم به کار می‌ره: Scientists have discovered a new planet. واسمون مهم نیست کِی پیداش کردن، مهم اینه که الان وجود داره. ضمناً این زمان، زمانِ موردعلاقه شبکه‌های اجتماعیه: I've just posted a new photo! (نتیجه‌ش الان توی فیدِ توئه).
این زمانِ «اخبار» و «آپدیت‌هاست». اگه داری درباره یه سلبریتی غیبت می‌کنی، از این زمان استفاده می‌کنی: Have you heard? They've broken up! کسی نمیپرسه دقیقاً چه دقیقه‌ای از هم متنفر شدن؛ خودِ خبرِ کات کردن مهمه.

اشتباهات رایج

بزرگترین جنایتی که اینجا می‌تونی مرتکب بشی، آوردنِ زمانه! جمله I have seen him yesterday یه فاجعه گرامریه. اگه کلماتی مثل yesterday (دیروز)، last week (هفته پیش) یا in 1999 دیدی، حتماً باید از Past Simple استفاده کنی. یه اشتباه دیگه قاطی کردن have و has هست. جمله He have finished مثل یه باگ توی ماتریکسه! همیشه واسه سوم‌شخص مفرد (He, She, It) از has استفاده کن. شکل سوم فعل (Past Participle) رو هم فراموش نکن! I have saw it غلطه؛ باید از شکل سوم یعنی seen استفاده کنی. بعضی‌ها کلاً فعل کمکی رو یادشون می‌ره؛ بگی I seen it شاید توی بعضی لهجه‌ها عادی باشه ولی توی امتحان B1 نمره نمی‌گیری. یه تله دیگه، فرق بین been و gone هست. He has been to the store یعنی رفته فروشگاه و برگشته. اما He has gone to the store یعنی رفته و هنوز اونجاست. اگه وقتی توی لندن وایسادی بگی I have gone to London بقیه فکر می‌کنن روحی! باید بگی I have come to London یا فقط I'm in London.

توی گوشه قرمز، Present Perfect رو داریم ( I have eaten pizza ). این زمان کلیه و درباره تجربه‌ست.
مثل «بیو» یا «هایلایت‌های» الانِ توئه. اگه «زمان» انجام کار مهمه، از Past Simple استفاده کن: I went to the gym at 8 AM. اگه خودِ «حقیقتِ» انجام کار مهمه، از Present Perfect استفاده کن: I've been to the gym (یعنی به بازوهام نگاه کن!). مثل تیتراژ فیلم بهش نگاه کن؛ Past Simple اون تاریخیه که فیلم اکران شده، اما Present Perfect این حقیقته که تو فیلم رو دیدی.
همچنین اونو با Present Perfect Continuous ( I have been eating ) مقایسه کن. اون روی «طول زمان» یا خودِ «عملِ» انجام کار تمرکز داره. I have eaten یعنی پیتزا تموم شده و رفته.
اما I have been eating یعنی هنوز سس گوجه روی صورتته! وقتی می‌خوای روی یه دستاوردِ کامل‌شده تمرکز کنی، همون نسخه ساده (Simple) رو بچسب. ازش استفاده کن تا توی مکالمه‌ها «رزومه تجربه‌هات» رو بسازی.

سؤالات رایج

Q

می‌تونم بگم I've done it now؟

آره! کلمه now (الان) مشکلی نداره چون به نتیجه زمان حال اشاره می‌کنه. فقط از تاریخ‌های گذشته دوری کن.

Q

فرق بین I have been و I was چیه؟

جمله I have been کل سابقه زندگیت رو می‌گه، اما I was یه لحظه خاصه که دیگه تموم شده.

Q

آیا I've همون I have هست؟

I have forgotten them. (من اونا رو فراموش کردم). آره، یه استفاده خیلی قدرتمند و سالم از این زمان!

Q

آیا این زمان توی انگلیسی آمریکایی هم استفاده می‌شه؟

آره، ولی آمریکایی‌ها بعضی جاها که بریتانیایی‌ها از Present Perfect استفاده می‌کنن، Past Simple به کار می‌برن. مثلاً I ate already در مقابل I've already eaten. هر دو واسه سطح B1 اکی هستن!

Q

چطوری فعل‌های بی‌قاعده رو حفظ کنم؟

از اپلیکیشن استفاده کن، باهاشون آهنگ بخون یا فقط زیاد مطالعه کن. متأسفم، راه میانبری وجود نداره!

I have seen that movie.

You must use the past participle (V3), not the base form.

I have seen that movie.

You cannot omit the auxiliary verb 'have'.

I have visited Paris last year.

I visited Paris last year.

Do not use Present Perfect with specific time markers like 'last year'.

Use 'been' for completed trips, and always use the V3 (been), not V2 (went).

I went to London in 2010.

Even at B1, learners forget that a specific year forces the Past Simple.

He has gone to the cinema three times this week.

He has been to the cinema three times this week.

Unless he is still at the cinema, 'been' is the correct choice for experiences.

It's the first time I'm seeing this.

It's the first time I've seen this.

💡

قانون 'تجربه'

تصور کن داری برای دوستت از یه سفرت تعریف می‌کنی، ولی نمی‌خوای زمان دقیقش رو بگی. اینجا باید از have به اضافه شکل سوم فعل استفاده کنی:
I have visited many countries.
⚠️

زمان دقیق ممنوع!

اگه می‌خوای بگی «دیروز»، «سال پیش» یا «دو ساعت قبل»، اصلاً با این گرامر قاطیش نکن! این جوری کل سیستم گرامر به هم می‌ریزه:
I saw him yesterday.
(نه
I have seen him yesterday.
)
🎯

مخفف برای سرعت

توی مکالمه‌های روزمره و خودمونی، I have سریع تبدیل میشه به "I've«. این جوری حرف زدنت طبیعی‌تر میشه، مثل خود انگلیسی‌زبان‌ها: »I've finished my work."

Smart Tips

Stop! If you use those words, you cannot use 'have'. Switch to the Past Simple immediately.

I have seen him yesterday. I saw him yesterday.

Answer 'Yes, I have' or 'No, I haven't' first, then use the Past Simple to give the details.

Yes, I have been to Paris in 2019. Yes, I have. I went there in 2019.

Use 'never' instead of 'not ever'. It sounds much more natural and strong.

I haven't ever been to the moon. I've never been to the moon.

Check if there is an '-ing' verb. If not, it's likely the Present Perfect of 'be' (experience).

He's been to Spain. (Experience) He's been going to Spain. (Duration/Habit)

Contraction Stress

In the sentence 'I've been', the 've' is very short and almost disappears. The stress is on 'been'.

نکات فرهنگی

Brits use the Present Perfect more strictly than Americans. An American might say 'Did you eat yet?' while a Brit will almost always say 'Have you eaten yet?'

In casual US speech, the Past Simple often replaces the Present Perfect for recent experiences, especially with 'already' or 'yet'.

The Present Perfect is the standard for 'small talk' before meetings to find common ground without being too personal about dates.

The Present Perfect developed in Germanic languages as a way to show the 'result' of an action. It literally meant 'I possess [the result of] having done something.'

No. You must say `I saw that movie yesterday` because 'yesterday' is a specific time. Use Present Perfect only if you don't say when.

`Been` means you went and came back. `Gone` means you are still there. For life experiences, we usually use `been`.

No, but it's very common. `Have you been to London?` is a normal question. `Have you ever been to London?` emphasizes the experience over your whole life.

Yes, in the context of the Present Perfect. However, 'He's' can be 'He is' or 'He has'. You can tell by the verb that follows.

In American English, it is common to use Past Simple with 'already' or 'yet' (e.g., `I already ate`). However, in formal writing and British English, Present Perfect is preferred.

Generally, no. We use Past Simple for people who are no longer alive because their 'life suitcase' is closed. `Elvis Presley performed in many cities` (not 'has performed').

Usually just once. It typically goes between 'have' and the verb: `I have already seen it.`

You can add the number of times at the end: `I have visited Rome five times.` This is a classic use of the experiential perfect.
