"一字千金 (yī zì qiān jīn)"

Literally: One word, a thousand gold. Means: Every word is golden; highly valuable advice or writing.

他的建议真是一字千金，帮了我大忙。 (His advice was worth a thousand pieces of gold, it helped me greatly.)

"一箭双雕 (yī jiàn shuāng diāo)"

Literally: One arrow, two eagles. Means: Kill two birds with one stone; achieve two goals with one action.

顺路去超市买菜，正好也能取包裹，真是一箭双雕。 (Going to the supermarket to buy groceries on the way, and also picking up the package, truly killing two birds with one stone.)

"一见如故 (yī jiàn rú gù)"

Literally: One thread not neglect. Means: Meticulous; scrupulous; not a bit careless.
