Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Coordinating conjunctions link equal words or sentences, acting as the 'glue' that builds complex thoughts from simple ideas.

Meanings
Coordinating conjunctions are words that connect two or more grammatically equal parts, such as two nouns, two verbs, or two independent clauses.
Addition (And)
Used to join similar ideas or items in a list. `և` is the standard form, while `ու` is often used for better flow between nouns.

Contrast (But)
Used to introduce a statement that contrasts with what has already been mentioned. Primarily `բայց`.

Alternative (Or)
Used to present a choice between two or more options. Primarily `կամ`.

The conjunction `իսկ` is used to contrast two different subjects performing different actions.

Both can translate to 'but' or 'and' in English, but they serve different logical functions.
