In Armenian business culture, showing that you are 'urakh' (pleased) with a deal is important for building 'vstahutyun' (trust). A host in Armenia will always say they are 'urakh' to see you, even if you arrive unannounced. It is part of the 'hyurasirutyun' (hospitality) code.
