Armenians are very expressive with their joy. At a 'Khorovats' (BBQ) party, you will hear 'Urakh em' many times as people toast to each other's health. In the Diaspora (USA, France, etc.), 'Urakh em' is often one of the few phrases heritage speakers retain, used to connect with their roots during community events. In Armenian business culture, showing that you are 'urakh' (pleased) with a deal is important for building 'vstahutyun' (trust). A host in Armenia will always say they are 'urakh' to see you, even if you arrive unannounced. It is part of the 'hyurasirutyun' (hospitality) code.
