Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Use 'Future in the Past' to describe an action that was future relative to a point in the past.
- Use 'щях' + 'да' + present tense verb: 'Щях да отида' (I was going to go).
- For negative, add 'не' before 'щях': 'Не щях да отида' (I wasn't going to go).
- For questions, use 'Щеше ли да...?' (Was he/she going to...?).
