Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
To say 'by someone' in an Armenian passive sentence, use the person's name in the Genitive case followed by 'կողմից'.
- Turn the verb passive by adding '-v-' (վ) before the ending: e.g., 'grvel' (to be written).
- Put the person doing the action in the Genitive case: e.g., 'usutschi' (teacher's).
