接著往裡面倒入多一點的清水
如果要將腐竹泡發的更快一些
我們要加入40度左右的溫水
還可以往裡面加入一點食鹽
再用手將它抓拌一下
食裡面的食鹽快速化開
這樣的話不用半個小時就可以泡發好
然後準備一小把木耳加入一勺白糖
再放入一小勺麵粉
也倒入溫水將它泡發
大家都知道木耳不能久泡
加入白糖和麵粉可以節省泡發的時間
