常见错误

Learners often translate English prepositions directly. Armenian uses postpositions combined with specific cases, not just 'համար' for every purpose.

Wrong: Ես գնացի համար աշխատանքի (I went for work).
正确: Ես գնացի աշխատանքի նպատակով (I went for the purpose of work).

You don't need the Ablative suffix if 'պատճառով' is already doing the work of the cause preposition. Keep the noun in the base Genitive form.

Wrong: Անձրևից պատճառով (Because of rain - double marking).
正确: Անձրևի պատճառով (Because of rain).

The Instrumental case already implies 'in a way' or 'by means of'. Adding 'ձևով' is redundant.

Wrong: Նա խոսեց դժվարությամբ ձևով (He spoke in a difficult way).
正确: Նա խոսեց դժվարությամբ (He spoke with difficulty).

Yes, as long as the noun is in the Genitive case.
'Hamar' is for purpose/beneficiary; 'patcharov' is for cause/reason.
It is a grammatical case used to indicate the beneficiary of an action.
Use it when you do something for someone's benefit.
Mostly yes, but it's most natural with abstract nouns (emotions) and physical states. For people or complex events, use պատճառով.
Վախից is more immediate and physical (shaking from fear), while վախի պատճառով is more logical (not going because of fear).
