Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
The subjunctive in Romanian is formed using 'să' + the verb, used to express wishes, desires, or commands.
- Use 'să' after verbs of desire: Vreau să mănânc (I want to eat).
- Use 'să' after 'pot' (can): Pot să vin (I can come).
- Use 'să' for suggestions: Să mergem! (Let's go!).
