so next I will make my bed whilst
listening to some kind of C music I also
set out my outfit the night before so
that I don't have to think about what to
wear in the morning one of the benefits
of a routine is that it takes away
Choice genuinely I find too many choices
very overwhelming and so I like to
eliminate as many choices as I possibly
can in the mornings because it helps me
stay efficient and focused so if you're
the same as me then this is definitely
something I would recommend and I like
to wait a little bit between putting on
that ordinary serum and some SPF face
cream because otherwise the texture just
goes very
strange I also put on some caffeine eye
cream um and as you can see my skin is
always so red after putting on face
cream I will also put on some CC cream I
put this on everyday
actually and there's my makeup done by
this time my green tea has cooled as
well I don't like have it straight out
of the kettle because it's usually just
a bit too hot but then I will sit down
