First Day Of School MORNING ROUTINE

my daughter Salish just started eighth grade  and today she has to complete her new back to  

school morning routine in only 30 minutes I  need to go if she completes all 10 steps and  

catches the bus on time there is a huge surprise  waiting for her on the bus are you ready one two  

three go go go the first thing I do every  morning is make my bed and usually I would  

spend 10 minutes on it but I'm only gonna  spend 10 seconds normally I would tuck my  

sheet under but I don't have enough time for  that you already had 10 seconds dad stop it

I'm just gonna fold then put a pillow  down that does not look like your normal  

bed it's fine because even count  is making a bed look at this yes  

by the way if my dad's allowed in my  room now I am big moment for me no no

I really gotta hurry I think

of craziest that happened I'll tell  you guys later right now all right okay

since school started Salish has been waking  up at 5 45 every morning and spending two  

hours getting ready so she's totally exhausted  by the end of the day so in order to show her  

that she can get much more sleep every night  I have challenged her to do her entire morning  

routine in 30 minutes to motivate her there  is a big surprise waiting for her on the bus  

if she's able to catch it on time and I think  she will be first time I've ever transported

me too I'm just gonna wet my toothbrush  and I have to go really quick decide  

to catch the bus but I always have to  brush my teeth for two minutes [Music]

because I know and now I'm gonna use this  mouthwash I like it because my dentist tells me  

to use it and you have to use it for 30 seconds  I cannot believe that you were in eighth grade  

already it was like yesterday when you remember  when I took you to sixth grade your first day and  

you were holding my hand you were so cute and  little she was so little when she was broken

okay bye okay but you were  just so little then that okay  

there we go I was actually joking around but  seriously it does feel like yesterday and it's  

getting me a little bit because next year's high  school that freaks me out actually really Dad you  

heard that yeah this is the worst day to do  this challenge because it's pictured editor I  

want to look good for the picture but I don't have  time to do my full morning routine okay the next

has to go on a walk will we do I go on a walk  but then go ahead and Mommy will you go really
