- Use the passive form of verbs like 'ասել' (to say) or 'կարծել' (to think).
- Place the impersonal verb at the start or end of the clause.
- Follow with 'որ' (that) to introduce the reported information.

Meanings
This structure allows you to report information, rumors, or general beliefs without identifying the specific person who said it.
General Belief
Reporting a widely held opinion.
“Համարվում է, որ այս գիրքը լավագույնն է։”

Rumor/Hearsay
Reporting unverified information.
“Խոսակցություններ կան, որ նա հեռանում է։”
