En persa, la vida se simplifica muchísimo gracias a la estructura az... tā... (از... تا...).
Esta construcción es el equivalente perfecto a nuestro desde... hasta... o «de... a...».
¿Por qué es esto importante para ti? Porque en español, a veces vacilamos entre

. En persa, az (از) siempre marca el punto de partida y tā (تا) siempre marca el punto de llegada.

### How This Grammar Works
Imagina que estás dibujando una línea en una hoja de papel. El punto donde apoyas el lápiz es tu origen, y el punto donde lo levantas es tu final. En persa, el concepto gramatical de rango funciona exactamente igual.
La palabra az (از) actúa como nuestra preposición desde o de, y tā (تا) actúa como hasta o a.
En español, tenemos una gramática un poco más flexible (o complicada, según se mire). Por ejemplo, podemos decir:

. En persa, la estructura es fija y binaria: az + punto de inicio + tā + punto de llegada.
No hay forma de perderse. Si quieres decir
de las tres a las cuatro
, dirás az sā'at-e se tā chahār. Observa que el persa es muy económico: no necesita repetir la palabra hora si el contexto está claro, aunque incluirla (sā'at) es muy común.
Una diferencia clave con el español es que, mientras que nosotros a veces usamos «entre... y...» para rangos numéricos (ej. entre 5 y 10 personas), el persa prefiere usar `az...
tā... para indicar el espectro completo. Es como si el persa viera el rango como un camino que recorres, mientras que el español a veces lo ve como dos puntos aislados conectados por una conjunción. Al ser un estudiante de nivel A2, esto te facilita la vida: solo memoriza az para el inicio y tā` para el fin, y ya tienes el 90% del trabajo hecho.
No hay que conjugar nada, no hay concordancia; es una estructura invariable que se coloca tal cual en la oración, ya sea al principio para dar énfasis o cerca del verbo para describir la acción.

El pronombre posesivo se queda pegado a la palabra casa, pero az se mantiene libre antes. ¡Ojo! No intentes añadir otras palabras entre az y el punto de inicio, ya que romperías la unidad lógica de la frase.
### When To Use It
Usarás esta estructura constantemente en tu vida diaria en Irán o al hablar con amigos persas. Primero, para el tiempo: ¿A qué hora abre la cafetería? az sā'at-e hasht tā dah (de 8 a 10).
Segundo, para la distancia: ¿Cuánto falta para llegar? az in-jā tā ānjā (de aquí a allá). Tercero, para cantidades y precios: En un mercado, si preguntas el precio, te dirán az dah tā bīst hezār tūmān (de 10 a 20 mil tomans).
También es muy útil para procesos. Imagina que explicas tu carrera universitaria: az kār-shenāsī tā doktora (desde la licenciatura hasta el doctorado). Es una forma muy elegante de resumir un camino.
Y no olvides las expresiones idiomáticas: az sīr tā piyāz (de la cebolla al ajo, o sea,

    usando palabras como beyn-e. Aunque beyn-e existe, para rangos de tiempo o espacio, el persa prefiere az... tā.... Decir beyn-e 5 tā 7 suena raro. Usa siempre az para el inicio y tā para el fin.
