Do not use 'lai' (many/much) when asking for price. 'Thaodai' already implies the question of amount.

In Lao, the noun comes before the number and the classifier.

Wrong: ສາມໜ່ວຍໝາກມ່ວງ (Three unit mango)
صحیح: ໝາກມ່ວງສາມໜ່ວຍ (Mango three unit)

Saying 'lhud laka' is just stating 'discount'. To ask, you must use the 'dai bor' construction.

Wrong: ຫຼຸດລາຄາ (Reduce price - used as a verb)
صحیح: ຫຼຸດໄດ້ບໍ່ (Can you reduce?)
