Les deux sont parfaits. Les deux veulent dire la même chose. Mais ils donnent un ressenti différent.

How This Grammar Works

Le gérondif en espagnol se termine en -ando pour les verbes en -ar et en -iendo pour les verbes en -er/-ir. Vois-le comme le mode 'continu'. Tu l'utilises généralement avec le verbe estar (être).
Ensemble, ils forment le présent progressif. 'Je mange' devient Estoy comiendo. Maintenant, imagine que tu manges una(f) pizza.

Common Mistakes

Le plus grand piège est de 'séparer les doubles pronoms'. Ne mets jamais un pronom devant et un à la fin. C'est soit Te lo estoy dando, soit Estoy dándotelo. Une autre erreur classique est d'oublier l'accent à la fin. Dandolo sonne faux pour une oreille native. Ce doit être dándolo.
