En russe, on dit simplement Kto eto?. Pas de chichis, pas de verbes superflus, droit au but. Les mots interrogatifs russes sont votre premier vrai super-pouvoir dans la langue.
Les mots interrogatifs russes sont les piliers de chaque conversation. How This Grammar Works

En français, nous disons « Qui est-ce ? » ou « Où est la gare ? ». En russe, le « est » est invisible. Pour poser une question, on place généralement le mot interrogatif au début de la phrase.

Never look for the word 'is' in Russian present tense questions. It doesn't exist! Just put the question word and the noun together.
