Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
To describe a future state, simply add the suffix 'လိမ့်မယ်' (li-me) to your adjective.
- Add 'လိမ့်မယ်' to the base adjective: 'လှ' (beautiful) becomes 'လှလိမ့်မယ်' (will be beautiful).
- For negatives, use 'မ' + adjective + 'လိမ့်မယ်': 'မလှလိမ့်မယ်' (will not be beautiful).
- For questions, add 'လား' at the end: 'လှလိမ့်မယ်လား?' (Will it be beautiful?).
