Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
To make a sentence negative in Bulgarian, simply place the particle 'не' directly before the verb.
- Place 'не' before the verb: 'Аз не знам' (I don't know).
- For the verb 'to be' (съм), use 'не' before the conjugated form: 'Аз не съм тук' (I am not here).
