You cannot use で with movement verbs to mark a destination. で is for where an action occurs, but movement is 'to' a place.

Wrong: 学校(がっこう)で 行(い)きます (Gakkō de ikimasu)

に cannot mark the object you are eating. You must use を for direct objects.

If you are performing an action like eating, you must use で to mark the location, not に.
