Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
In Finnish, 'Minä' is I, 'Sinä' is you, and 'Hän' is he/she; they are the foundation of every sentence you will build.
- Use 'Minä' for yourself: Minä olen opiskelija (I am a student).
- Use 'Sinä' for the person you are talking to: Sinä olet ystäväni (You are my friend).
