What Are You Doing Right Now? Progressive Tense (دارم میروم)
Overview
To emphasize an action happening RIGHT NOW, add dashtan (داشتن, to have) before the present tense verb: daram miravam (I am going right now), dari chi mikoni? (What are you doing right now?). Dashtan conjugates but the main verb stays in its mi- present form.
Past progressive: dashtam miraftam (I was going at that moment).
