Es dramático, literario y contundente. No lo usarás para pedir un café, pero lo verás en novelas o cuando alguien se queja de una situación desesperada.
Cómo funciona esta gramática
La palabra 짝 se refiere a un par o compañero. La frase 짝이 없다 significa literalmente no hay par. Al unir esto a un verbo descriptivo convertido en sustantivo (usando -기), estás diciendo que la cualidad es tan intensa que no tiene rival.
Aunque *puede* usarse para cosas positivas en textos antiguos, en el coreano moderno se usa abrumadoramente para descripciones negativas (patético, grosero, lamentable).
