حال کامل: کارهایی که هنوز تمام نشده‌اند (امروز، این هفته)

ماضی نقلی رو وقتی استفاده کن که اون بازه زمانی (مثل «امروز») هنوز تموم نشده و ممکنه کارهای بیشتری هم توش اتفاق بیفته. یادت باشه، «زمان ناتمام» و «اتفاقات بیشتر».

Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds

Use the Present Perfect to talk about actions in a time period that is still happening right now.

  • Use 'have/has' + past participle for time periods like 'today' or 'this week'.
  • If the time period is over (like 'yesterday'), use the Past Simple instead.
  • It focuses on the result or quantity within that unfinished window of time.
Subject + have/has + Verb(ed/V3) + [Unfinished Time ⏳]

I ran ten miles
.
می‌گی "I've run ten miles *so far*
. زمان Present Perfect عمل گذشته رو به واقعیت الان وصل می‌کنه. نکته کلیدی اون بخش
ناتمام" ماجراست.
اگه کلمه زمانی که استفاده می‌کنی—مثل this month یا this year—هنوز معتبره، Present Perfect ستاره‌ی میدانه.

(I, You, We, They, He, She, It).
3
Helping Verb (فعل کمکی) رو اضافه کن: برای اکثرشون از have استفاده کن، ولی برای «سه تفنگدار سوم شخص» (He, She, It) برو سراغ has.
4
Past Participle (اسم مفعول) رو بذار: این «شکل سوم» فعله (مثل eaten، seen، یا done).
5
با یه Unfinished Time Marker (نشانه زمان ناتمام) تمومش کن: کلماتی مثل today، this week، this semester، یا so far.

جدول صرف

فرم مثال ترجمه
--- --- ---
Positive I have seen three movies this week. من این هفته سه فیلم دیده‌ام.
Negative She hasn't called me today. او امروز به من زنگ نزده است.
Question Have you eaten lunch yet? آیا ناهار خورده‌ای؟
Short Form They've traveled a lot this year. آنها امسال زیاد سفر کرده‌اند.

سطوح رسمی بودن

توی انگلیسی، ما شکل فعل رو برای رعایت ادب تغییر نمی‌دیم (برخلاف بعضی زبان‌های دیگه). اما، *مخفف‌ها* (contractions) مهمن.

Casual/Social Media (غیررسمی/شبکه‌های اجتماعی): از مخفف‌هایی مثل I've، You've، He's استفاده کن. "I've had so much coffee today!"
Formal/Work Zoom (رسمی/جلسات کاری): از شکل کامل کلمات برای تأکید یا ایمیل‌های کاری استفاده کن.
We have received three applications this morning.

- Texting (پیامک دادن)

اغلب مردم توی پیام‌های خیلی شلخته کلاً بیخیال have می‌شن (

I seen it today
)، ولی لطفاً تو این کار رو نکن. این کار اشک معلم‌های گرامر رو درمیاره.

کی استفاده کنیم

هر وقت بازه زمانی که داری ازش حرف می‌زنی هنوز ادامه داره، از این زمان استفاده می‌کنی.
  • Today: "I've checked my emails five times today."
  • This week/month/year: "We've moved house this month." (ماه هنوز تموم نشده!)
  • So far / Up to now:
So far, the concert has been amazing.
  • Recently / Lately:
Have you seen any good TikToks lately?
  • This semester/term: "I've had four exams this semester."

I saw him today.
✓ "I've seen him today."
(نکته: توی امریکن انگلیش،
I saw him today
واقعاً خیلی رایجه، ولی برای امتحان‌های B1 و انگلیسی جهانی، وقتی روز هنوز ادامه داره Present Perfect گزینه «صحیح» حساب می‌شه.)
  • Mistake 2: استفاده از Present Perfect با زمان تمام شده.
✗ "I've seen her yesterday."
I saw her yesterday.
  • Mistake 3: فراموش کردن has برای He/She/It.
She have worked hard this week.
She has worked hard this week.
  • Mistake 4: استفاده از شکل اشتباه فعل.
✗ "I've went to the gym twice today."
✓ "I've gone to the gym twice today."
یادت باشه، gone حالت participle (اسم مفعول) هست، went فقط گذشته‌ست. استفاده از went بعد از have مثل ریختن آب پرتقال روی غلات صبحانه‌ست. حسابی غلط و ناجوره.

مقایسه با الگوهای مشابه

بزرگترین رقیبش Past Simple هست.
  • Present Perfect: "I've drunk three waters this morning." (هنوز صبحه. ممکنه بیشتر بخورم. آبرسانی بدنم هنوز در جریانه.)
  • Past Simple:
I drank three waters this morning.
(الان بعد از ظهره یا عصره. صبح دیگه خاطره شده. پرونده آبرسانی من برای اون بازه زمانی بسته شده.)
یه رقیب دیگه Present Perfect Continuous هست.
  • Present Perfect: "I've written three emails." (تمرکزش روی *نتیجه* یا تعداد کارهاییه که توی زمان ناتمام انجام شده.)
  • Present Perfect Continuous: "I've been writing emails all morning."

مثلاً: "I've written two pages so far."
⚠️

حواست به ساعت باشه

اگه ساعت دو بعدازظهره و می‌خوای بگی صبحونه خوردی، 'this morning' دیگه تموم شده. به جای "I've eaten breakfast this morning.« از گذشته ساده استفاده کن و بگو: »I ate breakfast this morning."
🎯

کوتاه کردن فعل‌ها برای طبیعی صحبت کردن

تو مکالمه روزمره، انگلیسی‌زبان‌ها تقریباً همیشه 'I've' میگن به جای 'I have'. اینجوری خیلی طبیعی‌تر به نظر میای. مثلاً: "I've finished."

Smart Tips

Default to the Present Perfect. The word 'this' usually signals that the period is still open.

I saw her this week. I have seen her this week.

Use the Present Perfect Simple, never the Continuous.

I've been drinking three coffees today. I've drunk three coffees today.

Use 'So far this [period]' to show you are productive but not finished.

Check your watch. If it's past 12:00 PM, switch to Past Simple immediately.

I've had a big breakfast (at 2:00 PM). I had a big breakfast (at 2:00 PM).

نکات فرهنگی

BrE speakers are very strict about using Present Perfect for unfinished time. Saying 'Did you eat today?' sounds slightly 'American' or 'wrong' to some.

AmE speakers often use the Past Simple with 'today' or 'this week', especially in casual speech. 'Did you see the news today?' is very common in the US.

Similar to British English, but with a tendency to use contractions even more frequently in speech.

The Present Perfect comes from the Old English 'habban' (to have) combined with a past participle. Originally, it meant 'I possess the result of an action'.

Yes, especially in American English or if you feel the 'action part' of your day is over. However, `Present Perfect` is more common for updates.

As long as it is still that time (e.g., 11:59 PM for 'today'), you can use the `Present Perfect`.

Use `been` if you went and came back. Use `gone` if you are still there. 'I've been to London twice this year' means you are not in London now.

In English, collective nouns like 'company', 'team', or 'government' are usually treated as singular (it), so they take `has`.

No. If it's 3:00 PM, you must say 'I had coffee this morning' (Past Simple) because the morning is finished.

It means 'from the start until now'. It is a classic signal for the `Present Perfect`.

Yes! Your life is an unfinished time period. 'I have been to Paris' is Present Perfect because you are still alive.

In this context, yes. But 'He's' can be 'He is' or 'He has'. You have to look at the next word (V3 vs. Adjective/Noun).
