Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Croatian personal pronouns replace nouns as subjects; remember that Croatian is a 'pro-drop' language, meaning you can often omit them.
- Use 'Ja' for 'I' and 'Ti' for 'you' (singular, informal). Example: 'Ja sam student.'
- Use 'On/Ona/Ono' for he/she/it. Example: 'Ona radi.'
