who are legends in their respective fields,
and the stars of "Happy Gilmore 2,"
which premieres Friday on Netflix.

I'm so happy you are co-stars in a film together.
-Oh, yeah. Yeah. -I mean, "Happy Gilmore 2!"
-Yeah. And Benito is incredible in the movie, everybody.
-He's so funny. -Thank you.
-Thank you. -He's the best.
-When did you -- when did it dawn on you
that Benito had the comedy chops for a role like this?
-I saw him on "Saturday Night Live."
-There you go. I feel the same way.
-Right?
When I saw you on "Saturday Night Live,"
I was like, "He's funnier than me?"
[ Laughter ]
-There's no way. There's no way.
-Three times musical guest, one time host.
Did you have a --
was there a favorite sketch you did when you were on "SNL?"
-Well, I think I have two
'cause the aunty one with Pedro Pascal and Marcello...
-Would you believe I thought you might say it.
-I thought you might. -Yeah, good.
-That was, that was epic to me.
And for the whole Latino community, and --

It was special. But I also loved the Shrek one.
-Yeah. -Yes, man.
-With the boys. -Really, I will say, like, you know,
as you know, "SNL," best hair people in the world,
best makeup people in the world.
And I like in both of Benito sketches, he's just,
like, barely trying, you know?
I saw you last at the "SNL" 50th,
which was incredibly special, I think, for all parties involved.
-Yes, we had fun. -Hopefully the audience as well.
You know, it's a big deal when Sandman puts on a tuxedo.
-That was a -- yes, yes, yes.
-That is -- I still have that. I think that tux was tight.
Every time I put a tuxedo on, I'm like, this one's tight, too.
-This was my favorite moment of the night.
-That was... -Thank you, bro.
-It was a beautiful song. It was really emotional.
My favorite moment happened right before,
during the commercial break.
Do you remember what somebody yelled out from the audience?
-Schneider? -Yeah. Schneider.
So you were -- They sent you too early.
Like, you know, it was a commercial
and they brought out Adam.
And again, the people in the audience,
we didn't know what was coming, you know.
We were an audience as well.
So they brought you out like two minutes
before the commercial break was over.
And so it was just Adam standing there for way too long.
-Oh, yes. Yeah, I hated it.
-In front of, like, just a room full of A-listers.
And then Schneider yelled out.
-What did he yell out? -"You can do it!"
-Oh, yes! That's right! Oh, yeah, I remember.
-It was truly -- and he brought the house down.
-He did kill. -It was amazing.
-Yeah. Yeah, yeah. -It was --
did you, back when you were hosting,
were there musical guests that came through like Benito
that you were surprised by maybe their comedy chops?
-It's so funny. Yes, yes. I mean, who am I thinking of in particular?
I remember we got, Pearl Jam was on when I was there.
I remember hanging out with Eddie Vedder and going, wow,
Eddie's really funny.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, a bunch of bunch of dudes.
-But not like me. No one.
-Nobody like the Bunny, though.
Nobody like the Bunny.
-How did you guys first meet?
What was the first interaction?
-Do you remember?
-Well, I remember for sure. I remember.
I think I always say we meet through text message.
-Yes, yes, yes.
-But the first time that I saw him, it was on a Lakers game.
-That's right. -Oh, wow.
-Yes, he was on the other side, sitting way over there.
-You guys made eye contact across the court?
