réussi
When we talk about something that's successful or someone who succeeded, the French word you'll often use is réussi. It's an adjective, so it needs to agree in gender and number with the noun it describes. For example, a successful project would be un projet réussi, while a successful career is une carrière réussie. Remember to add an 'e' for feminine nouns and an 's' for plural nouns.
