Agar... hota للتعبير عن نفس المعنى.–ता أو –ते أو –ती في شقي الجملة لبيان أن هذا الحدث لم يقع في الواقع. هذا التناظر في الهندية يعطي الجملة إيقاعاً موسيقياً خاصاً يسهل حفظه بمجرد فهم القاعدة.होना (hona - يكون) يلعب دوراً محورياً هنا. عندما نقول होता (hota)، فنحن نستخدم صيغة الفعل التي تعبر عن «الكينونة الافتراضية».- بالعربية: «لو كنتُ غنياً، لسافرتُ».
- بالهندية:
अगर मैं अमीर होता, तो मैं यात्रा करता।(Agar main ameer hota, to main yatra karta).

अगर मैंने पढ़ाई की होती, तो मैं पास हो जाता(لو أنني درست، لكنت نجحت). هنا نستخدم صيغة الماضي المركبकी होती(ki hoti) لنشير إلى أن الحدث فات أوانه. - 2التمني في الحاضر أو المستقبل البعيد: مثل
अगर मेरे पास पंख होते, तो मैं उड़ जाता(لو كان لي أجنحة، لطرت). هنا نتحدث عن خيال لا يمكن تحقيقه حالياً.
अगर मुझे नौकरी मिलती, तो मैं विदेश जाता (لو حصلت على وظيفة، لسافرت للخارج). استخدامك لهذه الصيغة يجعلك تبدو كمتحدث متمكن يفهم دقة اللغة.- 1خطأ الـ
–गा(ga): يميل المتحدث العربي لاستخدام علامة المستقبلगाفي جواب الشرط لأننا في العربية نستخدم «اللام» في «لنجحتَ» أو «لسافرتُ»، فيظن المتعلم أن عليه إضافة علامة المستقبل. هذا خطأ فادح؛ لأنगाتعني أن الحدث سيقع، بينما الشرط غير الواقعي يعني أنه لن يقع. - 2نسيان
तो(to): في العربية نقول «لو درست نجحت» (بدون أداة ربط)، لكن في الهندية، الربط بـतोإلزامي لضمان تماسك الجملة. - 3خطأ التطابق: لأننا في العربية لا نغير الفعل بناءً على جنس الفاعل في كل الأزمان (مثل الهندية)، ينسى المتعلم العربي تغيير
