Mientras tú hablas, yo comoy, gramaticalmente, el orden del verbo no cambia drásticamente.
während es una conjunción subordinante (subordierende Konjunktion), lo que significa que nos obliga a enviar el verbo conjugado hasta el final de la cláusula. Para un cerebro acostumbrado al español, esto se siente contraintuitivo al principio, pero es la llave maestra para sonar como un nativo.während, primero debemos hablar de la estructura de la oración alemana. En español, nuestras oraciones subordinadas (las que empiezan con mientras, porque, aunque) no alteran el orden de los elementos dentro de la frase. Por ejemplo: Mientras yo estudio, mi hermano duerme.
estudio se mantiene en su posición normal. En alemán, al usar während, estamos creando un Nebensatz (oración subordinada). La regla de oro aquí es: el verbo conjugado debe ir al final absoluto de la cláusula.während es un imán que empuja al verbo hasta el fondo de la oración. Si dices Ich lese, während du kochst (Yo leo, mientras tú cocinas), nota que el verbo kochst está al final. Esto es muy diferente al español, donde el verbo suele ir inmediatamente después del sujeto.Vorfeld (campo frontal). Si decides empezar tu frase con la cláusula de während, toda esa cláusula cuenta como el primer elemento de la oración principal. Por lo tanto, el verbo de la oración principal debe aparecer inmediatamente después de la coma.während al principio, el bloque del verbo principal debe encajar justo después del bloque de la subordinada. Aquí no estamos hablando de tiempo, sino de una diferencia de gustos o situaciones. Es una herramienta excelente para dar opiniones más sofisticadas en exámenes como el B1 o B2.
- 1El error del verbo en medio: Por inercia, ponemos el verbo después del sujeto dentro de la cláusula de
während. Decimos*Während ich lese ein Buch...en lugar deWährend ich ein Buch lese.... Nuestro cerebro español quiere mantener el orden SVO (Sujeto-Verbo-Objeto), pero el alemán nos obliga a mover el verbo al final.

- 1¿Qué pasa si tengo dos verbos en la subordinada? Si tienes un verbo modal o un tiempo compuesto (como el perfecto), el verbo conjugado (el auxiliar o el modal) siempre se va al final de todo. Ejemplo:
