Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Use {关于|guānyú} or {有关|yǒuguān} to introduce a topic, usually placed at the start of a sentence or before a noun.

关于 (guānyú) y 有关 (yǒuguān).关于 y 有关 actúan como señales de tráfico que le dicen al oyente: '¡Ojo! Aquí empieza el tema principal'.关于, estamos estableciendo un marco de referencia. Dominar esto te hará sonar mucho más natural y profesional. No es solo gramática; es la forma en que los chinos organizan su pensamiento.关于 (guānyú) y 有关 (yǒuguān), primero debemos entender la diferencia entre 'introducir un tema' y 'describir una relación'.- 1
关于 (guānyú)funciona como un marcador de tópico. En español, esto equivale a 'con respecto a', 'en cuanto a' o 'sobre'. Imagínate que estás en una reunión de trabajo o en una clase de la universidad. Cuando dices 'Sobre el proyecto...', estás abriendo un paraguas bajo el cual dirás todo lo demás. En chino,关于se coloca casi siempre al principio de la frase. 有关 (yǒuguān)es muy diferente. Literalmente significa 'tener relación'. Aquí el enfoque no es el marco general, sino la conexión directa. En español, cuando decimos 'tengo información relacionada con el viaje', ese 'relacionada con' es exactamente有关.有关actúa como un modificador, casi como un adjetivo. Si关于es el título de tu presentación,有关es la etiqueta que le pones a un archivo específico en tu computadora.

En español, a veces omitimos el 'que es', pero en chino, 的 es el pegamento que une la relación con el objeto.关于 cuando quieras ser el moderador de la conversación. Es perfecto para empezar una frase en una presentación o cuando quieres cambiar de tema radicalmente. Por ejemplo: 关于这个电影，我觉得很有意思。 (Sobre esta película, creo que es muy interesante).有关 cuando necesites ser específico. Si estás en una biblioteca buscando información, dirías: 我想找有关中国历史的资料 (Quiero buscar materiales relacionados con la historia de China). Aquí no estás introduciendo un tema general, estás acotando tu búsqueda.这件事跟你的学习有关 (Este asunto tiene relación con tus estudios). 关于. Si dices我买了一个关于苹果的手机(Compré un teléfono sobre manzanas), suena fatal, porque关于se usa para temas de discusión, no para describir el contenido físico de un objeto. Para eso usarías有关.

关于casi siempre debe ir al inicio. Si intentas poner关于al final de la frase, como hacemos a veces en español con el 'sobre', la frase perderá todo sentido gramatical. El cerebro chino necesita el 'título' (el tópico) antes de procesar el 'comentario'.
