治疗 (zhìliáo) means 'to treat' or 'to provide medical care.' It refers to the process of addressing an illness or injury, but it doesn't guarantee a full recovery. You can undergo 治疗 for a chronic condition without ever being 治愈. It focuses on the action of treatment.

康复 also means 'to recover' or 'to rehabilitate,' which seems similar to 'to heal.'

康复 (kāngfù) specifically means 'to recover' or 'to rehabilitate.'
