Comparativos: Maior, Melhor (Padrão Af'al)

Para comparar X e Y, transforme o adjetivo no molde «أَفْعَل» e conecte com «مِن». É como usar as peças mágicas «أَفْعَل» e «مِن» para criar frases.

Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds

Use the 'Af'al' (أفعل) pattern to compare two things or identify the most extreme quality of one.

  • Use 'Af'al' pattern for comparatives: 'أكبر' (bigger) than 'min' (من).
  • Use 'al-' + 'Af'al' for superlatives: 'الأكبر' (the biggest).
  • If the adjective is complex, use 'akthar' (أكثر) + masdar (verbal noun).
أ + [Root1] + ْ + [Root2] + َ + [Root3] + ُ

  2. 2Adicionar Alif: أَ.
  3. 3Resultado: أَجْمَل (mais bonito).
Quando usar
Para comparar duas coisas.
  • Viagem:

💡

O 'Min' é Obrigatório

Nunca esqueça o «مِن» (min). Sem ele, a frase fica incompleta. Para dizer 'Ele é maior que eu', use: «هُوَ أَكْبَر مِنِّي.»
⚠️

Cuidado com o Gênero

Não tente deixar o comparativo feminino! Mesmo falando de uma menina, usamos «أَكْبَر» e não a forma feminina, desde que o «مِن» esteja lá: «هِيَ أَكْبَر.»
🎯

Truque de Ênfase

Quer dizer que algo é 'MUITO' maior? Adicione «بِكَثِير» (bikathīr) logo depois da comparação: «أَكْبَر بِكَثِير».
💬

Deus é Maior

A famosa frase Allāhu Akbar usa exatamente essa regra! Significa literalmente 'Deus é maior' (do que tudo), usando o comparativo «أَكْبَر».

Smart Tips

Use the Af'al pattern + min.

هذا كبير من ذلك. هذا أكبر من ذلك.

Add 'al-' to the Af'al pattern.

هذا أفضل كتاب. هذا هو الكتاب الأفضل.

Use 'akthar' + accusative.
